The  Rune  Knights  are  a  vast  and  Imperialistic  order  dedicated  to  spreading  the  Magic  Council's  will  no  matter  how  difficult  or  arduous  the  task,  viewing  it  all  as  a  step  in  furthering  tranquility.  The  majority,  despite  being  magi  themselves,  are  of  an  opinion  that  magical  restrictions  are  essential  to  preventing  a  chaotic  catastrophe;  best  exemplified  by  The  Black  Wizard,  Zeref,  and  The  Black  Dragon.



--  Objective:    Rune  Knights  have  sworn  fealty  to  the  Magic  Council  and  act  as  its  decisive  military  force,  guided  by  its  wisdom,  enforcing  its  magic - governing  laws  across  the  breadth  and  width  of  Fiore--  and  possibly  all  of  Earth - Land.  Maintaining  order  in  a  magical  world  is  their  primary  goal.



--:  The  1st  Division  is  a  tactical  assault  force  reserved  for  eliminating  high - priority  targets  or  when  capturing  a  rogue  alive  simply  isn't  an  option,  recruiting  only  the  most  talented  offensive - type  magi.


--:  The  2nd  Division  is  a  tactical  containment  force  reserved  for  capturing  a  rogue  alive,  if  possible,  recruiting  only  the  most  talented  defensive - type  magi.  Most  use  spells  that  assist  in  this  endeavor.


--:  The  3rd  Division  is  a  reserve  force  which  employs  a  variety  of  magic - types,  typically  tasked  with  patrolling  or  capturing  low - priority  rogues  throughout  Fiore.  Sometimes  deployed  as  reinforcements.


--:  The  4th  Division  is  a  tactical  detention  force  reserved  for  managing  high - priority  magi  prisoners  after  capture,  similar  in  its  magical  diversity  to  the  3rd  Division  but  often  in  another  league  of  skill.
